1. Scope of Application<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between SafetyZo (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and the client for consulting, training, planning, or support services in the fields of occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, energy management, and related services.<\/li>
  2. SafetyZo operates both Regionally \u00a0(Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and internationally. Services may be provided on-site or remotely\/digitally.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    A contract is formed when the client accepts an offer from the Contractor in writing or electronically, or through an informal assignment via email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    3. Scope of Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. The scope of the services to be provided by the Contractor is defined in the respective offer or contract.<\/li>
    2. Additions or modifications to the agreed scope of services must be made in writing.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Client Obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      1. The client shall ensure that all documents, information, and access required for service delivery are provided in a timely manner.<\/li>
      2. For digital or remote services, the client must ensure that all technical requirements for smooth delivery are fulfilled.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        5. Fees<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        1. The fees are based on the respective offer or an individual agreement.<\/li>
        2. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are net plus applicable VAT.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          6. Payment Terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Invoices are payable immediately without deduction.<\/li>
          2. In the event of late payment, the Contractor reserves the right to withhold further services.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            7. Warranty and Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            1. The Contractor shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.<\/li>
            2. The Contractor shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.<\/li>
            3. The application and implementation of training content or safety measures within the client\u2019s operations are the client\u2019s sole responsibility.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              8. Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              If the client cancels a service less than 5 working days before the start date, 50% of the agreed fee shall be charged as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              9. Usage Rights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              1. The client is granted a simple, non-transferable right to use training materials, concepts, documents, or software solutions provided.<\/li>
              2. Distribution or duplication is only permitted with the express written consent of SafetyZo.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                10. Data Protection and Confidentiality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                1. Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws.<\/li>
                2. All confidential information shall be kept secret even after the end of the contractual relationship.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                  11. Use of Brevo for Marketing Purposes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  SafetyZo uses Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for email marketing, customer communication, and campaigns. The client agrees to receive information about new offers and services unless they opt out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                  12. Jurisdiction and Contract Language<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  1. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne.<\/li>
                  2. The contract language is German.
